96 Chrysler Sebring LXi Fuse Box

Hi, how do I take off the fuse cover inside the vehicle below the steering wheel?

You're SURE it is under the steering wheel?
I know mine is a 97 and therefore 'different'... but
the 'inside' fuse box on mine is under a panel in the LEFT SIDE of the dash - you have to keep the door open to get to it... thru the SIDE of the dash, not underneath.
