Default Adapter for CD Changer

Hi, I just purchased a 06 Sebring Limited Convertible. It has the Infinity sound system with the RBB model stereo and 6 disc CD changer. I am trying to figure out the best way to add AUX input to it. If I were to buy a after market stereo do they make adapters for the CD changer and steering wheel controls so they will continue to work? Also is it possible to switch out the RBB with the RB1 with navigation? Thanks!

They make Android stereos that are a direct bolt in (plug and play) for MoPars. So you could go that route, but you will likely lose the disc changer, since I have never heard of any adapters for that.
They do make a little box that plugs in, that allows you to retain steering wheel controls.
The androids are nice, because you can (with a cheap adapter) do vehicle diagnostics, right from the head unit.
or
Look on ebay, Amazon and aliexpress, you can find RBB systems with the Aux input listed for sale.

A word of advice.
Chrysler's use 2 ohm systems, so if you buy a replacement aftermarket head unit, make sure it has 2 ohms for the speaker output.

I'm going to go for a aftermarket Kenwood stereo as I would like HD radio. I can live without the disc changer. Has anyone had luck installing the after market steering wheel controls? I have never done that before and would like to keep the buttons functioning.
