After replace a/c blend door actuator

Do you have to run a calibration on the 2011 Chrysler 200’s after u replace a blend door actuator?? If so what is the procedure?

It would have been better to have posted on your prior thread as a hopeful conclusion to your problem and complete the recorded knowledge of the postings in it.
That said, how did the actuator replacement go? And is it working now? Many folks from my other forum use report NOT having to calibrate the actuators. Not that it can't be done, but some went to a dealer and had them perform it with their "Star Scan" diagnostic computer. Try a Google search of Calibrate 2011 chrysler 200 HVAC controls, you may find something.

Yes rebel I should have stayed on the same thread, kinda new to forums.... so I apologize.. all I have left to do is line the top hole up and tighten.. I never could get the knee panel out as described in that video so I had to force my body beyond normal movements to get it done but the video helped me do that... I did search for calibration on later models but no luck... sounds like Chrysler figured out how to make u use a computer scan tool to do it... one post suggested unplugging the battery and with some luck it’ll self calibrate once powered back up..
