CHECK ENGINE LIGHT

I tried to get my 99 chrysler sebring smogged. It didn't pass because of my check engine light. The error codes i received were P0174 system too lean(bank 2), P0155 o2 sensor heater fault(bank 2 sensor 1) and P0151 o2 sensor low voltae(bank 2 sensor 1) I changed the upstream oxygen sensor on the manifold, but 5 days later the check engine light came back on. Any advice on where to go next. bank 2 and sensor 1 is referrence to what?

RE: CHECK ENGINE LIGHT

that means the computer it taking away more then 30% of fuel for longer then the time required. With that info u can have several different tings that will tell the computer to do that. This will be for skilled people so if u dont want to get into this I understand here are a few of the things that can make it go that direction. o2,coolant temp sensor, high fuel pressure,
ENGINE VACUUM - must be at least 13 inches in neutral
ENGINE VALVE TIMING - must be within specifications
ENGINE COMPRESSION - must be within specifications
ENGINE EXHAUST SYSTEM - must be free of any restrictions
ENGINE PCV SYSTEM - must flow freely
ENGINE DRIVE SPROCKETS - must be properly positioned
TORQUE CONVERTER STALL SPEED - must be within specifications
POWER BRAKE BOOSTER - no internal vacuum leaks
FUEL - must be free of contamination
FUEL INJECTOR - plugged or restricted injector; control wire not connected to
correct injector
