Chrysler Sebring battery is charged but still have the lights flashing
I have a 99' Sebring convertible. It was sitting in drive for extended period of time. I tried to start it and just a click, so I jumped the battery. I eventually go it started but the headlights flash, back seat interior light flashes and a constant clicking sound (about the same rate as a blinker light clicking). Even when I turn the key and pull it out of ignition, the lights still flash and hear the clicking. Of course, the battery dies again eventually. Any help?

update
battery seems fully charged and the car starts each time with no problem, but the head lights and interior lights still blink 20+ times before they stop each time I open the door.

It sounds like one of the on-board computers may be confused. Try disconnecting the battery cable for a minute or so and see if it that fixes it.

I disconnected the battery for a few minutes, but as soon as I opened the door the lights started to flash again. ugh!

Do you have an aftermarket alarm system on it? May be something along those lines?

I'm not sure, I have heard to lock and unlock passenger door...as they said the same thing (mechanic, never seen this problem happen before either). I will try...

So...I locked the driver door with key and then unlocked it. Problem solved!!!!!!!!! Just think, I was about ready to junk the car for $150, lol. Thanks REBEL59!
