disable passenger airbag?

Default disable passenger airbag?

hey. i have a 2007 chrysler sebring and i need to tempararily disable the passenger airbag. as my wife is going to start daycare and needs to put a booster seat in the front seat. but it needs to be reversible. it is a base model, it has the 2.4 litre if that helps. any help or advice greatly appritiated. thanks. Rick

take out the air bag fuses the whole thing will be disabled..

1. against the law to do.
2. no way to disable it in the states just for the passenger air bag.

if i take out the fuse does that disable all airbags or is there a separate fuse for each bag? my friend has a 07 caliber srt4 and says he can disable his if he unplugs the weight sensor under the pass. seat. would that work on my car?
