Door lock problem

Default Door lock problem

I have a 2002 Chrysler Seabring, recently the drivers side door lock actuator started making a grinding noise & I can't use the key to unlock my doors. How can I fix this without going to the dealer or mechanic?

u replace the door lock actuator

Is that difficult or expensive to do?

buy a service manual and read what to do then u can make the call how difficult it is as for how much it is call around get quotes
