Electrical Issue with 2001 LXi Sebring Coupe

I'm looking to buy a used car. I have come across a nice 2001 Lxi Sebring Coupe. The car looks and runs great but there are 2 issues and I'm unsure if they are related or not.

The Radio, Sunroof, Clock and rear interior lights do not function and the passenger side airbag has been removed. The Airbag has been unplugged and is intact in the trunk of the car.

Would the having the airbag removed kill power to the other components? Are all these components on the same circuit?

Is this a typical issue with this car?

I don't see any way the electrical problem could be related to the airbag. You should start by checking your fuses. This model vehicle had some problems with the dome light shorting out and blowing the IOD fuse in the power distribution center (PDC) in the engine compartment. You may also want to find out why the airbag has been disconnected. Some airbag problems can be very expensive to fix and your airbag light will stay on untill the problem is fixed, unless somebody has taken the bulb out.

Awesome. I will check this fuse. There is not much info on this part from the internet. Would this fuse be expensive to replace?

nah,.. fuses are about $10 for a pack of 25... they're really cheap.. they cost less if you buy bulk... like 5 would be about $2.. so,.. just look around.. you can tell which ones have been blown... and yeah,.. totally check on that airbag thing,.. and be extra creful if you decide to put it back in.. that thing can kill you.. I highly reccomend taking it somewhere to have it done,.. or kill power to the car by unhooking the pos. battery cable (red)... then you should be okay...
