engine stall

hi, I just change water pump and when restart... it is running continious. Kind of choke rpm dont stay in idle go down and go up. even rev up same go down and up.. if dont press on gas pedal.. in a while it stalls.....i changed all the spark plugs, clean well the intake plenum. NEED HELP

Check for a vacuum leak. You might have missed hooking up a hose or folded a gasket when putting it back together.
