Frustrating.....

This is kind of funny but not, very frustrating instead. I own a 99 Sebring conv. JXI and it wouldn't start one morning so after days of searching for a solution on the internet and testing wires to find the problem I started looking here on this site and a lot of people were saying its a bad distributor so I bought one, well I still had no spark so after a few more tests it seemed like a bad ECM, so I replaced that and still no spark, so I tested the crank sensor and ahh there's the problem! So I replaced that and still had no spark, now I was baffled so I took the intake plenum back off and took the dist. cap off brought #1 cylinder to TDC and checked timing belt marks cause I just put a new timing belt on, all looked good, now I'm confused so I'm looking at the rotor position and its straight up and I'm thinking It wasn't like that when I pulled the old one out. Soooo I put the old dist. and the new one side by side and guess what I found....... The driver that runs off the cam was installed 180 out so I fixed it, installed it, put it all back together and butt-a-bing it started and ran like nothing ever happened. SO WATCH OUT FOR AFTER MARKET PARTS...:)
