fuel pump only turns on at crank but not ON position
 

2010 sebring 2.4 - is it normal for there to not be any fuel going to the rail at key ON - shouldn't the fuel pump be priming?

at crank theres fuel coming out of the line (i havent tested the pressure) but at KEY ON there is NOTHING

The pump will prime for 1 2 seconds when key on then turn off pump will only be active when cranking.

right...what im saying is it's not priming for those 1-2 seconds....but is still activating at crank

how about we start with whats the actual issue your having with the car .
