Default Glove Box 12 Volt power

Hi, I have a 2005 Sebring Coupe Base. The power coming from the 12 volt accessory socket in the glove box is continuous, which means that if the key is out of the ignition it will still continue to charge my gps (my GPS is hooked up to it for charging). I was wondering if it is possible to make it where it only turns on when you put the key in and turn it to the ACC setting, making it non-continuous? Thanks, Regards, Arthur.

Im sorry, its not the glove box, it's the compartment where your arm can rest.

In either of your fuse boxes, do you see a fuse that has a 3rd terminal that is vacant ?

Yes I think there is a third one vacant right next to the two 15A fuses that each control the 2 accessory sockets. Here are some pictures for further clarification.
