Default How to get to bolts on sway bar.

Hello have a 2011 Chrysler 200. One of the bushings on the front sway bar is crumbling apart and I can not find a way to get any kind of wrench on it to take the bracket off so I can replace it. There is a very large and very heavy hunk of metal that is in every way in the way of getting to it. Does any one know what I am talking about and if you do do i need to remove it or drop it down somehow to replace the bushings? I do not see any way to access it from the engine compartment either. Any help would be great!
