Headlight Issues?
 

I have a 2007 Chrysler Sebring. I hit a deer on the passinger side (right) and had to replace the headlight assembly. I have all new bulbs. My dim light on the passenger side will not work. I placed the bulb in the drivers side dim light socket to see if it was the bulb and the bulb is good. I tested the plug to see if the positive line was hot and it is not. I have read that there is no fuse in the Totally Integrated Power Module. How do I fix this issue? I have been pulled over 3 times for this and luckily I knew the officers and explained my issue to them. Thank you in advance.
