headlight wipers on my 2000 sebring convertible
 

I recently bought a high miler car to be a donor parts car as finding body parts in western canada is almost impossible. this parts car has headlight wipers. I cannot find any information on a sebring ever coming from factory with them. can anyone tell me if they ever did? if not they must be an add-on from something else
