Need help with '02 Sebring
 

I recently had some damage repaired in the left front of the car, but now some of my lights don't work.

Front right running light(turn signal works)
Rear right running lights(brake lights and turn signal works)
Dash lights for guages dimmer does nothing, but all indicator lights work(lights up when activate or de-activate the alarm)
Buttons for A/c and Radio(but clock and tuner work)

I know all lights function, but never when they are necessary to

I have a Haynes Repair Manual, but I am not too great at figuring out the diagrams...

I know this is a "GREAT" first post but I could really use some help in getting this fixed, as for the company that did the damage repair, they just keep screwing with me. Needless to say I won't be using them again.
