Default NEED HELP installing 2007 Chrysler Sebring

Hey I'm new to this forum and I need help. I have a 2007 Chrysler Sebring. I broke the outter cover to the steering wheel a week ago and i was wondering if anyone new how to install a new one. I have done some research and the part will cost around $150.00. I was wondering if anyone had a diy to install this. I did some research and from what I understand from it all I need a 10mm bolt and I have to 1) disconnect the battery wait 5 minutes (deactivate the airbag) 2) undo the two bolts on the side of the steering wheel. I need help I was wondering if these directions are correct. Can anyone help please I would greatly appreciate it.
