new sebring owner few ?'s
 

Hey guys my 98' malibu was totalled and I found a 2003 Sebring 2.4L to replace it. So far I like the ride, much more comfy and smooth. I have only had her for about 3 days. Well just wondering if any of the other sebring packages came with carbon fiber trim instead of that grey plasticy trim. I dont want to do any vinyl, if they didn't come with any models do you guys know of any aftermarket dash pieces? I also ordered a K&N filter, didn't want to go cold air intake, because I dont want to void the warranty.

As far as systems go, does anyone have a good setup in there ride? I have my Kicker KX 1200.1 mono block with a KX350.4 I think im going to get some Boston Acoustics components for the front, and maybe sell my Kicker 6X9's for some bostons in the rear. I dont think my 15' L7 will fit in the trunk, not without a huge box taking up the whole trunk. I might be going with some elemental designs 13' subs in a slot-ported enclosure. Anyone around here into car audio?

Well I poked around and didn't see much to worry about the car. My sis has a 97' I think and its had countless problems. so Im crossing my fingers and hoping I dont get screwed. My cars got 25K miles.... So help the new guy out please.

Sounds like you have a thing for bad ass sound systems.. Cool :D anywho, this is more in responce for your sisters ride. I have a 1997 Sebring LX, (I don' know if it's the same as hers...) and my cars a total peice too... your sister and I should have club and name it "Craptaculor-Chryslers".
