No Heat Control

I have a 2004 Chrysler Sebring that I have no control over the heat or where it's directed. The heat is stuck on full and defaults to defrost. I still have fan control. It all worked until my alternator quit charging. I found that the ground wire was corroded. I saw that there were like 15 wires all going to this ground, and all the ends were corroded, so I cut the ends off and replaced them. I mounted them in the same spot as factory. Ever since then, I lost control of the temperature and position. I did an HVAC system scan, and it came back with code: AC 50. Could someone please point me in the right direction so I can fix this? Thank you.

Remove your BCM fuse on the side of the dash and let it sit for 2 min then plug it back it that will reset the bcm and any settings that controls the mode and temp motors for the heat ac. Fuse 5 10 amp should be the one
