Radio restarting while driving constantly

Hi all,

I am a new member and have only owned my Chrsyler 200 since October 2017.

The radio has started to go out randomly, either stopped or driving, and restarts at a very loud volume. The touch screen will not change from the warning and accept button.

The radio restarts, and also the port to charge my phone (down inside the counsel) also shuts off and doesn't charge while the radio is restarting itself.

No idea what to do. I've checked the fuse, its good. The place I get my car fixed says I possibly need the Chrysler flash/download like before (different issue).

Please help. I googled this issue, and the radio restarting is common, and other say its probably in need of a flash/download.
Thank you.

Sounds like a loose ground wire or failing connection on the power side. Finding it will not be easy.
