Default Remote start system

Hi all.

I have a 2007 Sebring. 2.7, A/C, tip start, remote keyless entry, etc. I've read somewhere that these cars already have the "brains" to receive remote start using P/N 82209985AG or something similar. Is this true? Sure wish I had it this past January!

Joe

Thanks, wasn't sure. I thought I had read somewhere how these were "capable" of that. Can I then use the factory key with the remote start button on it or does that require the additional remote only?
