I know very little in this area, any info will be a help

I looked @ these two Companys, seem they both use "Sonnendecke".
"Sonnendecke" being a Haartz product. This matches the OEM "twill" look?

From what I can tell both orders are for the same thing.
Glass window, same color, fabric, ONLY the first boast about their new rear window bonding
