you could also look into the CV shaft. This
has a boot over it that is filled with grease. The boot can get a crack or start slipping off causing squeeking noises. It is connected to the center of the wheel just above the lower ball joint but much bigger.

And did it ! Thank you all for the help
So got a stethoscope but it did not help, I could not find which joint was wrong that way
Neither with soapy water but I could have tried earlier
So ended up changing the 2 lower arms (both side, one after the other as one side got fixed)
