so i have a 01 sebring, 3 months ago the tcm was replaced and worked fine, the water pump went so i did a motor rebuild. when i started to drive it wouldnt shift out of second gear but would go reverse and park. i cleared all codes and still has the limp mode problem. no codes yet and all fuses and relays are good. any ideas?

What are you reading the codes with? A standard OBD II code reader probably won't read transmission codes.

u will need a more powerful scanner to get into the trans computer to see what the real codes are.

well replace the tranny computer to start that is one that U will need to have done regardless if the other is corrected by replacing it then all is good if not deal with it after.
