Default torque specs

A friend is trying to replace the heads on his 99 2.5 Sebring. What are the torque specs for this engine?
Thanks in advance.

Default RE: torque specs

"BACYLINDER HEAD BOLTS INSTALLATION
(1) Use a scraper to clean the gasket surface of the cylinder
head assembly.
Caution
Let no foreign material get into the cylinder, engine
coolant passages or oil passages.
(2) Use the special tool and a torque wrench to tighten the
bolts to the specified torque in the order shown in the
illustration. (in two or three cycles)
Tightening torque: 103 -- 113 Nm (76 -- 83 ft.lbs.)
I dont have a pic of the order that u will need a manual for the pic for it.
