Is it true that Chrysler discontinue Sebring

I'm a Sebring owner from China and my car was made by the factory cooperated with Benz in Beijing. But the production of Sebring and 300C has been cancelled now. And I also learned from some Chinese press that Chrysler will give up Sebring completely because it'll close the facilities manufacturing Sebring, Dodge Advenger and PT Cruiser.
So can anybody from US tell me the plan of Chrysler? Is Sebring so bad that few Americans like it? Indeed, I like Chrysler products for its stylish shape and safety. I eye Chrysler as Apple in automobile and wish it could rise up.

Tks D.B for yr greeting and reply. I often get excited when I see a Sebring on the street. It's so rare in China.
