Unknown Car Sensor - Taken From Backside of Engine

Hello,
my Chrysler Sebring Convertible 2008 won't start only making a clicking noise. I found the issue coming from this unknown sensor by taking a metal pipe and holding it to my ear. After taking it out there is no more of a clicking noise. The engine died while reversing out of the garage and the engine died on me. For now I have rolled the car inside and want to replace this part as there are check engine lights such as Engine Coolant Temp. Sensor and more but this thing is clicking and the car is not cranking. Help me identify the part by looking at the picture I attached.
Thanks! :)
Petja

Bump - Help Anyone?

Take it either to the dealership (best chance) or a parts store and ask the guy behind the parts counter for a new one. The guy at the dealership will have parts diagrams on his computer (you're gonna have to tell him which engine you have in your car) and should be able to identify it either by sight or from the parts diagram.

Parts store guy might know off the top of his head, if you're lucky. Whatever they come up with, you'll be able to compare it right there with the old one.

You're assuming that this part is the source of all your troubles, which it may not be. Sensors, or whatever that is, usually don't prevent the car from starting or at least cranking over. They usually throw a code when they go bad but the car usually runs.

If you only get a click when you turn the key, the first thing to check is the battery and its connections to the starter.

Already checked the start (I think it was bad) and replace it, replaced the battery (no charge) but the car is still just clicking from that sensor.
