What do these check engine codes mean???

I have a 2004 Chrysler Sebring. For the last 2 weeks my engine light has beenlighting upon and off. When the light comes on the car starts acting up like it's going to cut off while I'm driving. It happens intermidatedly. When I plugged it in to read the codes I got: 340, 100, 12. I've been told one code means a problem with Camshaft Position Sensor. Does anyone know what the other 2 codes are? And can you give an estimate on how much it's going to cost to have it fixed?

P0340-CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR CIRCUIT
what engine size do u have
cost will be based of who u use parts they use and if they know what they are doing.

RE: What do these check engine codes mean???

P0012 = "A" Camshaft Position - Timing Over-Retarded (Bank 1)

P0100 = Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Malfunction

Since it's an intermittent problem, it's more likely a bad wire or connection rather than a bad sensor or broken part. That makes it even harder to track down. Carefullylook at the wiring and connections, you might see a burned/melted or frayed wire or loose connector.
