ok I changed the crank sensor my next step is to change the ECM,But this morning I seen antifreeze on the ground on the pulley side of the engine so first thing I checked was the water pump and yes the pulley is shaky and no tension on the timing Belt is there a sensor in there to,the reason I ask is because when I put the Distributor in we cranked the engine with the cap off to see if it spun and it did

The cam sensor is built into the distributor. If the timing belt is loose and the water pump is flopping around, then you need to tear into that end of the engine and deal with what's going on in there. If the belt hasn't failed then the tensioner is not doing its job.
You've got to deal with that water pump so you might as well deal with the other issues as well.

The engine doesn't care. It's just a dumb hunk of iron. The BCM cares. If the old one was working, the new one should work, too. Contact the computer people. They may ask you to send the computer first so they can read it.

What ever they wind up replacing, get your old parts back. There's no point in paying twice to replace parts that are perfectly good.
Replacement of the engine computer is a 10 minute job if the guy has any idea of what he's doing. Parts are the big expense there, not labor.
Sounds like they're taking shots in the dark. This is not good.
