Default Window wont roll down

Hi. I have a 04 chrysler sebring and cant figure out why the rear passenger window wont go down. I have changed the motor, the switch and even the main switch on the driver door and it still doesnt work. All the other windows work fine.

Have you checked the wiring for continuity?

Thanks for the reply. After further research i found a lot of people have problems with the wires that go through the boot where the driver door opens. After checking mine, i found 2 of the wires completely disconnected and 1 barely hanging by a thread. I reconnected, soldered and heatshrinked them and everything works fine now.

I guess my question would be is how the heck did you get that boot off? Because I have both my rear windows not working and the control for the lock on the driver's door doesn't work either

Its not to difficult. I put a flat head screwdriver in between the door and the rubber. Getting back on is a little bit harder as the rubber needs pulling.
To get the connecter off you will see in the middle of each connector block is a tad to push in at nhe same time again using a screwdriver gently prise the connection block out.

I got the rubber off, there is no connections broken, but my rear windows still did not work, also my driver's door lock does not work either but yet it works from the key fob which makes no sense.

Have you checked the connector on the window switches on the front door ? I had to push mine back together. Also maybe a part has broken or come loose on the door handle mechanism.

Yeah, I replaced the window control module in the driver's door with two different ones and I still got the exact same result. But it also doesn't make sense as far as the control for the door lock as to why the key fob would do it but not the actual unit itself I can reach over to the passenger door and it works fine but not on the driver's door. I'm sure there is a short somewhere and there is plenty of discussions on here about it but this car is too old for me to bring to a dealer for them to diagnose it

I feel ya pain.... I just bought a 2004 from the "old lady" garage kept and serviced with under 26000 Mls to replace my high mileage and tatty 2006. You can't get a better 4+ seater convertible with trunk space anymore. ( not for the price anyway...) But even this car needs some parts replaced because of their age.

Yeah, this was a mother-in-law's car, even though it has 131,000 mi on it, there's rust on it on the suspension because it just sat forever I don't know how she put on so many miles but she was the original owner of the car the drawback is she was a smoker and you can definitely tell from inside the car but that being said do you have any ideas as far as my next options? I'm trying to find a wiring diagram for this seems to be impossible as well
