05 Chrysler 300C few issues

Hey I've tried other forums hopefully I can get some help here..

1. Key FOB is messed up.. only one key. 05179514AA is my P/N. Would any 300c P/N key work as long as the FCC matches? I know I will have to go to a locksmith for programming... but a damn replacement fob for my P/N is $100! There's 2 keys for $50 on Ebay.. blank with motherboard of course. They have the same FCC but they don't list my P/N.. thanks in advance for this one.

2. To start this off, i searched a lot: Fuse 44 pull did not work.
So I test drove this vehicle (My used "new" 2005 Chrysler 300C) about 3 weeks ago. Sunroof worked. It was nice.
They put in a new battery today since I had my down payment and I finally picked up the car.
I drive off, totally forgetting about the sunroof. And it doesnt work. the buttons do absolutely nothing . Anyone have any suggestions on what to do?
I would rather not succumb to the dealer.Should I disconnect the battery and see if it works then?

3. Ordering all my stereo accessories to change out the stock HU...
But, while ordering I'm confused on the harness.
I'm going with a single DIN unit. I get the Axess XSVI-6502-NAV for a cheaper price as a package deal. But I'm confused if it will work with my stock system.
I would go with the PAC-CHYNA but it is $20 more (on a tight budget for this)
Basically I'm asking if it will work with my car.
REF Headunit in there. No boston acoustics.
