Default Issues with steering noises and radio

I have a 2014 300s, and I have been having issues with steering noises and not being able to connect to radio. EVERYTIME I TOOK THE VEHICLE TO DEALERSHIP, THEY SAID IT WORKED...THEN WHEN YOURE OUT OF WARRANTY THEY FIND THE PROBLEMS AND WANT TO CHARGE YOU. THEY LOOK AT HISTORY OF VEHICLE AND THEY LIED ABOUT SEVERAL ISSUES, NOT LISTING THE ISSUES OR SAYING I LEFT@!! I WISHED I SPENT MY MONEY ON ANOTHER CHEVY. I NEVER HAD ISSUES AND WHEN I DID, THEY FIXED THE ISSUES AND GAVE ME AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR 12000 MILES. ALL MY VEHICLES, BEFORE THIS VEHICLE, WERE CHEVROLETS

Hi Mriddickm,

We're sorry to hear you've been having such a hard time with your 300S. If you decide to continue working with the dealer to get your steering concern addressed, let us know. We're available via direct message and would be happy to help with that process.

For goodness sake MRIDICKM. Settle down and let Chrysler help you out before you pick a fight with the them too. Don't look a gift horse in the mouth.

I am very sorry if my previous response was offensive. Just to clarify, our team creates cases and escalates them to a Case Specialist. That Specialist works in tandem with our dealers whenever a customer is having vehicle concerns. Also, issues that may seem common, we handle those on a case by case basis as each customer, vehicle, and situation is different. Send me a direct message if you'd like to get a case started and discuss this further.

Our team works primarily on the social channels we monitor. You can call the team that I'd have escalated your inquiry to at 1 (800) 334-9200.
