2006 Chrysler 3.5 Tourning maintenance

My mother has the above. She has 99K miles on it. Other than oil changes and tire rotations she has had no maintenance. Perusing her owners manual reveals that back flushing the radiator, new transmission filter and fluid, new rear axle fluid, new spark plugs, new A/C and air filters, are in order. It looks like a new timing belt is just around the corner. When that is changed is it wise to change the water pump? Is there any other routing maintenance that needs to be done? Do you have any idea what this will cost?

Thank you very much.

Prices

Her dealership quotes these prices:

Both side front struts- $675. Spark plugs- $280. Transmission fluid change- $175. Rear differential fluid- $115.

Is this reasonable?

Thanks again
