2008 300 Projector Headlight malfunction, please help!

Hey there everyone! I am on this forum, looking for answers for my sister. She has a 2008 300 Limited with the Projector Headlights.

For the last couple of months, the visibility and range of the light coming from the projector headlights has decreased to almost nothing.

I've replaced the bulbs twice, and still, nothing. At night time, it's almost as if there are no headlights working at all, and just the fogs work. Although, if you look at the headlights from the outside, they look really bright!! It's the craziest thing!

We've taken them into the dealership MULTIPLE times, and they "can't fix it". WTF!!! This is a HUGE safety issue!!! She's driving around basically blind!!

Any thoughts?? Has this happened to anyone else??

THANK YOU AND MERRY CHRISTMAS!

So I'm guessing this is not an issue for most people? 41 people saw this post but nothin' to add...

Oh yeah! Others have had this problem! I first saw this problem with my 1994 Dodge Intrepid. I could stick my head out the driver's window, and see better down the road than through the windshield, so it was something with the UV blocker in the windshield - still not very good though. In my 2013 300, it's not the windshield - it's just half the return (reflected) light as my previous GM models, and looking out the driver's door shows little difference. And driving in the rain at night - it's a horror. My salesman agreed. I've told Chrysler about it, but no response.
