2011 300 Limited Touchscreen/Uconnect Issue
 

Hello all,
I'd first like to apologize in advance for my lack of knowledge, as well as if I have happened to have posted this in the wrong area, but I'm hoping one of you can help me. I recently purchased a 2011 Chrysler 300 limited from a local used car lot. Everything works fine with the system, except for anything to do with phone or Bluetooth. My specific problem, is that nothing happens at all when I choose any of those options. Most I've talked to, get messages or loading screens, and tell me it's the Bluetooth module... But I have yet to talk to anyone that has had the same issue where absolutely nothing would happen at all. My question is, before I shell out all of this money for the dealer to peek at it, is there anything I can do, or something I am missing?
