2013 Chrysler 300 Center Display Screen Goes Blank
 

Our 2013 Chrysler 300 has an intermittent issue where the display in the center of the dash will go black, the heater turns on, none of the buttons/knobs in the center of the dash work, and the front windows will not roll down (although the back windows will). This all happens simultaneously, and lasts for several minutes. Any ideas?
