possible pcm possible wire issue the BUS is a commutation network to allow all the computer to talk to each other.

Correct,I understand what the bus does,I did get a schematic of the wiring and unplugged every sensor and switch involved w that com connector, yet the relay continues to click,I'm wondering if it would be worth a few bucks to hit a junkyard and pickup a use pcm and plug it in just to see if the clicking goes away,

Yes I have two and both do the same thing,,I would think if I had a skim issue I would get e code though

prob the pcm is faulty it is a remain unit. and unless you have a real good scanner things like a skim code will not show up.
