Break problem... at the end of my rope!

Ok, so about a month ago my step-dad put some new brake pads on both front wheels of my 2005 Chrysler 300c. He has put brakes on many of my cars and I've never had any issues. When he changed the pads (BTW I've only owned this car less than 2 years) I got 3 minutes down the road when I smelled the brakes burning, I pull over and smoke is rolling from both front tires. I noticed both bottom guide pins on both front calipers were seized (which is why my inner pads were worn the most). Replaced guide pins, relubed, new boots. Wheels still heating up. Replaced pads, rotors, calipers and caliper brackets, still heating up. My plan is to replace rubber brake hoses and if that doesn't fix it I will take it to a shop and the only other thing that would be left to replace is the master cylinder but that bottom bolt is a b!+@# to get to. Before pad replacement pedal was squishy and there was a vibration sometimes that would stop if I pushed hard on the pedal or revved it up. I think it was getting hot before but not hot enough to smoke until the thicker pads were installed. I just think it's weird how it's only the front two and it happened to both at the same exact time. I have also read about the brake booster pin measurements. When jacked up my wheels are very hard to spin. After the new calipers were put on and before we bled the brakes, the wheels spun as they should. Bled the brakes and they were hard again.
