Chrysler 300 Brakes Squeak?
 

I recently bought a 2006 Chrysler 300 this weekend on 11/13 and the brakes started squeaking does the dealer have to fix this problem for me? am i cover under the used car lemon law or warranty? i live in new york any other information you need jus ask

Look at your sales papers. Some dealers give a warranty for 30 days or so, but if it's not in the sales agreement, then it doesn't exist. Not sure about New York, but most "Lemon Laws" only cover new cars.

Always test drive a car before buying, and if you are not competent to evaluate its mechanical condition, then have some one who is competent look at the car.

The sooner you have those brakes fixed, the cheaper it will be. Let it go and the repairs will get more and more costly.

Thanks for the advice im taking the car to the dealer tomorrow for them to fix it. i have a 60 day warranty on the car
