cranks but No start..3.5L 300

Hello everyone

First time posting here, I am working on a friend of mine. Her sons car is DOA... 2007 chry 300 3.5 L... 200K
The car was running and she came home, and later that night she went to move the car and it would not start. It cranks fine but wont start. I have replaced the crank, temperature and camshaft sensor, still nothing.
I removed the camshaft sensor and looked into and noticed what looks like a squirrel cage wheel. I place a small mark on the wheel and bumped the engine a couple of times and noticed the marked Never moved. Could this be a broken Timing belt issue?

Thanks in advance

It does sound like a broken belt to me.
The 3.5 is an interference motor, but since it was running when she got home, she may have gotten very lucky with it.
Ask her if the car was running ok when she parked it. if it was, you should be able to replace it and put it back on the road.
While it is being replaced, replace the water pump and all associated parts that go with the belt, and use a new tensioner.
MoPar parts only, trust me on that. Aftermarket parts for the 3.5 suck horribly.
I went thru that with my old 2004 3.5, and had to redo everything because I used an aftermarket tensioner.

Getting all of the pulleys lined up when replacing the belt on a 3.5 can be kind of tricky, but I learned a trick for it.
First, get all of the marks lined up as best you can.
Then pull the pin on the tensioner and hand crank the engine a couple of full revolutions.
Check the marks to see if they are still lined up.
Most likely the left cam pulley will not be lined up anymore.
Carefully place something under the belt at the crank to hold the belt in place there, and something to hold the belt against the right side camshaft pulley. Right and left being the view you have when looking straight at the motor.
Realign the left side pulley one notch closer to the center of the engine. What I did here was mark with a paint pen on the belt where it looked like the belt needed to be to hit the timing mark on the pulley when the belt was tight, and then lined it up so that when the tensioner was released it went right where I wanted it.
Recompress the tensioner with a C clamp slowly holding it upright and put the pin back in.
Reinstall the tensioner and pull the pin. hand crank it again to verify its position. All marks should line up now.
I did it a dozen times before I figured out that trick, and when I had to redo it when the tensioner failed, it went much smoother doing that.

Thank you very much for your service.
