no fuse all power from the same source the cluster
if no lights work I would say U have a bad ac control head.

Not sure about your model but the way these things usually work is that the bezel that surrounds the control head usually snaps in place and can be removed by prying it off. DON'T use a screwdriver. Get a set of plastic trim tools to pry gently on the bezel. Once the bezel is off you should be able to see how to remove the control head. Sometimes the control head comes off with the bezel. Like I said, I'm not familiar with your model but these things are designed to be built quickly on the assembly line and they like to use snap-together components.
You won't see the bulbs when you look at the back of the unit, but you'll probably see small circular things with a screwdriver slot in them. If you turn the things with a screwdriver counterclockwise, they come out and you find that they are the base of a bulb. The bulb plus base can be bought at the dealership.
Before you start, go over the the dealership and talk with the guy at the parts counter. Tell him you want to replace the bulbs in the heater control and ask him to look them up in his parts catalogue on his computer. There are usually exploded diagrams of the whole thing and you can figure out how it goes together from a quick look at the diagram.
Maybe someone who is more familiar with the 300 will chime in here.
