Front End Vibration '06 300 Limited

2006 300 Limited with 3.5L. I sometimes experience a strange vibration almost like a wheel hop from the front end, usually between 40 - 60 mph, and usually more noticeable when going up hill. It seems like it has something to do with the road surface but there's nothing extremely obvious.

When it starts, it seems like it will get worse and worse, but it will mostly stop if I let off the gas momentarily. I'm thinking that it might be struts - once the wheels start to vibrate, it gets more "out of control" until I let off the gas. It seems like it's coming more from the passenger side.

I have visually inspected the front suspension and don't see anything obvious, and the tires have been rotated - I thought it might have something to do with an out of balance tire. The brakes are fine, no vibration associated with them.

Any thoughts, has anyone had a similar problem? I didn't find anything like this with search.

I'm not a mechanic/ technician, but I have experienced this before on 2 vehicles I have owned. Take it to get all tires balanced and have them do an alignment. That fixed the issue with my car and truck. If it vibrates steering wheel while braking, you may need brake pads and rotors or have the rotors shaved at an auto parts store.

It turned out to be an outer tie rod end, which my local shop found during a state inspection. I had it replaced and the front end aligned, solved the problem.
