Hands free system loading.....please wait
I have a 2012 300C and I have this Hands free system loading.....please wait, stuck on my display. I removed the neg. battery cable for 5 mins. and it reset the Bluetooth, but less than 5 mins later the error message came back. Is there a recall or a reset the dealer can perform and does the dealer cover the cost?

Be aware, that if you buy a hands free module on line you will still need the dealer to reload the software and the procedure takes hours, not minutes.
The on line purchase is a "crap shoot" as there a a number of different hands free modules around. Do not even consider the used ones avail on ebay as the ones I saw were from "all sales final" sellers.

New blue tooth same problem
I bought a Bluetooth module online for my 2012 Chrysler 300 limited I keep getting the same message as before (hands free loading) is its something I’m doing wrong I try unhooking the battery cable for couple mins still got the same message I don’t understand

The guy said it was previously tested before shipped on 2 occasions can someone help with this
