Help the newby please!

2007 300 Touring, 3.5L, 5 speed auto. I just bought this car and picked it up today. I've searched the topics, but I'm not havin any luck, so I'm hopin you guys can help me. I don't get the owners manual til the end of the week.
Question #1: What the heck is ESP ? I've seen the button on the dash, but I'm scared to push it ! LOL
Question #2: Where the heck is the automatic transmission dipstick !!
Thanks for your patience guys!

ESP is basically your traction control and stability control
When turned on, the conputer limits torq to a slipping wheel
The automatic tranny dipstik must be removed by the dealer.
I believe there's a specific too needed to remove it
CHeck this site for more info

There is no Dipstick in you car...That little black cap on the filler tube is removed by unscrewing it..(Sometimes a pair of pliers is necessary)

The SPECIAL TOOL is the DIPSTICK itself. There is a chart in the dealership service information that must be followed along with SCAN-TOOL data to check and correct fluid level.

In Theory, your trans is a "LIFETIME-FILL" unit that will not need level correction. In real world...It wont be Low onn fluid unless there is a leak.

Common cause of leakage...The ADAPTER PLUG....this is the connector where the wiring harness meets the trans. Towards the front edge of the trans, above the passenger side corner of the pan.

DONT...............LET THE "KIDS" AT THE "QUICK LUBE" ADD FLUID TO YOUR TRANS>>>>Or Check it without the approved Tools......Its a disaster waiting to happen.

Not a problem.......At least I'm Assured that you arent going to mess around with it:):)

If it is overfilled, or the incorrect fluid is used...IT DOES TURN DISASTROUS.
