Not Good Vibrations
 

Ive got a Chrysler 300C Touring UK Model 5.7 Hemi 2007 model. It has only done 15000 miles when I got a serious vibration throughout the car at 100mph plus. Since taking it to the dealer and Chysler UK, I have had the following work on it with no solution. They tried it with normal wheels. They fitted four new tyres. They replaced the prop shaft. They replaced the rear drive shaft. They replaced the rear axle. They replaced the rear wheel bearings. They replaced the rear sub frame, they are now going to replace the transmission. The vibration now starts at 60 mph and just seems to get worse. Any one got any ideas?

Man, that's a lot of replacing with no benefit yet? It could be within the transmission, I had a similar vibration in my 4 speed GTX that turned out to be a slightly bent main shaft....have no idea how that happend;)

Turned out to be a badly fitted panel under the car. The vibrations were caused by airflow - can you believe that. They straightened it out and whoa - smooth ride. Got a lot of new gear with it including a brand new engine!!! LOL

I'm hinkijg that your Transmission filler tube is not properly sealed and the AC Condensator drain tube is draining on top of the tranny allowing water to seap in the Tranny/Torque Converter.

When they change the torque and flush tarrny etc. have them put an extension on the drain tube to the side of the Tranny.

THere is a kiot for sealing the fill tube but mine failed 3 years later and another torque had to be installed.
