p1004 and p2017
 

hello everybody, i have codes p1004 and p2017 on my 2008 chrysler 300 and today i finally had the time to take the plenum offhttp://imgur.com/a/GaPgD, i have already bought a new short runner actuator but i noticed when i took the actuator off this is what happened http://imgur.com/a/ysZfmi dont know why, (maybe because i have no foam pad under the plenum which i will put on once i take it off again tomorrow) anyone know why it melted? but anyways, i sprayed the 6 runner valves on the inside of my plenum hoping this will clear the code, i also noticed that there was also very minimal oil in it, is that normal? i was just wondering if these were the normal steps to go about these codes any help is greatly appreciated
