Reinstall the damper, proper tool or hammer?

What's the best tool to reinstall the dumper? the easiest and safest tool to reinstall damper on the crankshaft...

found by myself some good tools, but i think it's enought a long stud with proper thread, a nut, and a bigger nut that press on the dumper
