Slipping Tranny???

I just recently bought my 1st Chrysler. It is a 2001 300M only 50K miles. When I purchased this car in Jan from an older couple it came with a warranty up until Nov 08' or 79K miles. My question is:When I approach a stop light or I'm in traffic usually under 5mphs, right before I come to a full and complete stop it seems like the tranny catches and 'jerks' a little. I'm not sure if this is normal. On the freeway or driving in the streets its fine and runs smooth. I have asked several people along with the dealer ship and no one seems to know. Would anyone have any insight on this??Thanks for the help!!

Thanks TECH!

When I go from my oil change this weekend, I will ask them to look at the tranny fluid as well.
