Speed LImiter
 

I am the owner of a 2005 Chrysler 300 equipped with the 3.5 litre V6. I have bought and installed in my car a Jet brand power chip. What I am trying to defeat is the factory speed limiter that stops my car from going any faster than 185 KMH. On the highway as I approach this speed the car is only reving at 3900 RPM and yet it redlines at 6500 RPM. I don't want to drive at illegal speeds all the time but I would like to know exactly what the car is capable of doing.If anyone knows how to defeat the top speed limiter I would love to know how. Thanks.
