07 Aspen/no pwr to ALDL/no crank

Hi there,
Can anyone confirm exactly where the ALDL gets power from/to the PCM? My batt is at 12.7V and I am told the PCM should be able to be scanned with as low as 7V. All circuits seem to have power but she won't crank and I cannot pull codes.

Sorry if this is a bit of a xpost fromm the Newbie checkin area but I figured it would be better served here.

Thank you,
Andrew.

I can get it to crank by jumping the starter relay connector however jumping the ASD and/or run/start relays don't make it fire. I still can't pull codes...

Thanks for listening.
Andrew.

After replacing the computer yet again, everything is fine. So... at 124k we have had 3 PCM replacements. My 95 Jimmy 4x4 has the original computer and just passed 370. I wonder if the PCMS don't vent well enough based on how well they're hidden under the wiper cowl or maybe rain gets to them... dunno. I hope I don't have to pull it again though... MDS working well and with the 18" resonators cut in, the tone hardly changes much but performance is still great with the 2 FM feeling the dual exhaust....

Thanks and sorry for the running on...
Andrew.
